Netanyahu said "6 mandates that were designated to be a part of the coalition of the national camp were transferred from side to side. I don't think there was even 1% of the people who voted for Yisrael Beyteynu that would have voted for them if they would have said they would be joining with the Left in a coalition to knock out the Likud government..."
I happen to think Netanyahu is probably right, but what about when he does practically the same thing? Netanyahu campaigned along pretty right-wing campaign lines, going out to towns in Judea and Samaria and talking about right-wing policy, selling himself by using Benny Begin (relatively moderate but that's not the point) and Nir Barkat to boost himself, and then when it comes down to actual policy, he moves leftward, or even centerward, relatively quickly.
Isn't he guilty of a similar deception of sorts?
