someone else pointed out that this phone number does not work. I called it myself to check. It really is disconnected and not active. Maybe this is why President Biden has not spoken with PM Netanyahu. 

and for some conspiracy considerations, maybe Bezeq disconnecting the number is somehow connected to the trial of Netanyahu in case 4000. Or maybe the PMO didn't pay the phone bill. Or maybe it is not the right number (though my caller ID did show "Government of Israel" on the screen when I dialed it) ...
