First hassidic woman elected as civil judge in NY

I think it is worth pointing out the first Hassidic woman to win public office and be elected to the position of a Circuit Court judge in New York.

Kol Hakavod to Rachel Freier - not just for being elected, bot for all the various community efforts she is involved in, whether as a lawyer, in her role working with youth at risk, as a paramedic, or anything else. All those thigns probably helped her get elected, and definitely made her a person who was worthy of being elected.
