I've attended bungalow colonies for almost 2 decades and find this video offensive, ludicrous and full of Lashon Harah. Yes women do sit in a circle, schmooze, and lend a helping hands to others. There are shiurim, exercise and walking groups, lots of receipe sharing and cooking for each other. Many husbands are there throughout the week, working remotely as many women are too.
2 decades? you are from a different generation. do some research about what is going on with the twenty and thirty something generation. just make sure you sit down and have a bag near you in case you can't stomach it.
Call me naive, there may be a few such true examples but certainly NOT the norm!
