Ouch. That was really painful to watch. I never thought it would actually happen while watching the video, because I couldn't believe you would actually post such a video.

It's your blog and your decision, but if it was mine I would really remove the video. It's not in good taste in my opinion; and also, for those readers who are like me and will experience pain when watching the video, your blog just may go down a few notches in their mind and possibly in their RSS readers.
