we will run buses on Shabbos and the Haredim are going to pay for it!

According to Behadrei, Carmel Shama Cohen, mayor of Ramat Gan, is going to be funding the public transportation he plans to start operating on Shabbos from monies saved by cutting budgets from the religious and Haredi departments of the city.

To me this sounds like US President Donald Trump's promise that he is going to build the wall on the border with Mexico and Mexico is going to pay for it! Carmel Shama Cohen is going to run public transportation on Shabbos and the Haredim are going to pay for it!

  1. What an evil shoteh this mayor, Cohen, is; playing russian roulette with the Ribbono Shel Olam and dares compare the wall with Mexico to the horrific situation of Shabbat desecration. If the Jews don't protest against this evil mayor's plan and rectify the situation where this plan is annulled and the mayor ejected from being mayor, it's frightening to think what H' has in store for that city!

    1. to clarify, I made the comparison to Trump and the wall. Carmel Shama Cohen did not.

  2. What Trump means does not necessarily relate to money. Don’t underestimate Trump. He is fighting and winning the war against immorality and evil.

  3. And Cohen will probably get the reaction Trump got from the Mexicans...

    1. City hall is supposed to be voting on this issue at the city council meeting this evening. we wait to see what happens. the big question in the haredi media is if the Shas representative will resign, with the expectation being that he will not

    3. and the Shas rep has not resigned. he is being criticized for it. I guess we'll see in the coming hours or days if he comes under enough pressure, from the public or from Deri, that forces him to resign
