treason?
The following item was published in one of the local Bet Shemesh whatsapp news groups I am in.

What you are looking at above is a couple of kitzonim, the extremist thugs, in Bet Shemesh being picked up by a security camera stealing tzitzis that had been tied for Israeli soldiers on the front.
If anyone were to file a complaint with the police it should not be hard to find them. The police know who the extremists in Bet Shemesh are. They deal with them regularly and it isnt a massive community.
I would not be disappointed if the jerks were arrested and tried for treason as supporters of Hamas, who are now considered equal to ISIS and the Nazis.
The other option is that this is a minor crime and just let it go, ignore it.
However, this action doesn't stand in a vacuum and is just another incident in a long list of years of anti-Israel violence. So, while it won't happen, I would be fine if it did.
