1st picture is a Haredi teen on a bus focused on tying tzitzis for a soldier.
2nd picture is a group of young Haredim at the draft board volunteering to be drafted despite having previously been given exemptions. From what I read, an official in the Haredi enlistment division said that 120 had registered and were told to appear today, and 200 actually came to the location.
