If you acknowledge him as "Palestinian" then the Jew has already lost the arguement.
Think about it - "Palestinian" is a national identity. "Jew" is a religious one. Is this title saying that only Jews are Israelis? That an Arab born and raised in Israel is not Israeli but still just a "Palestinian"?
