I just Googled this guy. Apparently he's recently appointed himself the Grand Rebbe of the Chabad-Satmar_Sanz chassidic Dynasty - see his press release here. He's put out a bunch of videos (view count mostly under 50 when I saw them) on YouTube.
I wonder if he has any followers yet? I think I want to follow him, if just out of morbid fascination...
