I promise to not serve as a "Minister Without Portfolio" under any conditions, under any government. The position of Minister without portfolio is a symbol of corruption, both ethical and social. It is a phenomenon that stresses that the politicians forgot that their job is to be concerned for us and not for themselves. This is a phenomenon that makes the government inefficient, wasteful and based on political bribery and corrupt manipulations. This is a phenomenon that must be eradicated from the world, as it denigrates the public who faithfully pay high taxes and in return receive an expanded government that is not worthy.
