Moshe Abutbol and his four doctors might be proud of their program to put some translators into City Hall so English speakers will have someone to talk to in their own language, but with Eli Cohen as mayor English speakers wont need intermediaries and translators to get by - he himself speaks English, as do many of the people around him!
