This has to be the funniest, and most compelling, organized tour group I have seen in a while. It might also be the funniest Groupon coupon I have seen in a while...

They are offering a Groupon coupon for a Thursday night tour of Mea Shearim. The tour is called "the bakery and cholent tour of Jerusalem".

According to the description on the site, it is far more than just looking at the best cholent spots in Mea Shearim, but that's the part of it they decided to name it for. I don't know if it includes tastings or if it is like the  Hanukkah candles - to be seen only.

a cholent tour sounds like something put together by a yeshiva guy. It is something I might actually consider going on!
