Why should someone who's not Chareidi choose to settle in Bet Shemesh, when the city administration has proclaimed as its goal turning it into "the second Bnei Brak"?
that's what the video and other campaigns are trying to achieve. to show that there is still reason to move here, wonderful people, wonderful programs, etc. despite the city being 50-60% haredi, the 40-50% non-haredi is still a sizeable portion of the city and they would like to see growth, even though they know it wont be at the pace of the haredi growth
