The coming out of the lockdown does not yet allow schools to open, but schools under the spiritual leadership of Rav Chaim Kanievsky have mostly opened anyway, as Rav Kanievsky instructed his followers to open the schools.

More then criticizing the Haredi community, Lieberman criticized Netanyahu for allowing it to happen and for even announcing that there would be little enforcement. Lieberman called for Netanyahu to at least withhold funding from schools that illegally open, if he isn't going to enforce that they remain closed.

Interestingly, back in September, which was not so long ago, Lieberman himself called for the public to not follow the rules and guidelines of the Health Ministry but to act according to their sechel, their own intelligence, instead.

Avigdor Lieberman should be elated - the Haredi community is following his leadership! Maybe he can convert some of them into voters of his! Haha!
