ReplyDeletePlease help out this ignorant man. What's "Havarah Klavi"?
Deletelike havara ashkenazi, havar sefardi, havara klali would be "canine accent" for reading the torah
DeleteRafi got it.
DeleteIn that havara, when the chazzan reads וַיְזַנֵּ֤ב בְּךָ֙ כָּל־הַנֶּֽחֱשָׁלִ֣ים אַֽחֲרֶ֔יךָ, each member of the congregation wags their tail. :)
Oh okay thanks for enlightening me 😁
DeleteShould've been published in time for Purim Torah.
DeleteHow do you know he's not a conservative convert per the UTJ ad?
ReplyDeleteKT
Because he's listening to the Torah!
ReplyDeleteThat dog looks quieter during leining than a lot of people I know.
ReplyDeleteHe must be following the possuk:
וּלְכֹ֣ל בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל לֹ֤א יֶֽחֱרַץ־כֶּ֨לֶב֙ לְשֹׁנ֔וֹ לְמֵאִ֖ישׁ וְעַד־בְּהֵמָ֑ה
