Picture of the Day

the Gvura Forum held protests outside the Knesset against the government demanding to continue fighting in Gaza until full victory is achieved.... several ministers of the government itself joined and participated in the protests (I read somewhere that 10 ministers participated), pictured above are Ministers Betzalel Smotritch and Miki Zohar.

Government ministers protesting against the government that they themselves serve in....

Because the Kaplan and Brothers groups have tried to create a new narrative - the nation is with the hostage families. We have to let Hamas win the war so we can get back, what, 5-10 of them and maybe a dozen bodies of the rest? We have to leave 100 000 people displaced from their homes, their lives ruined, otherwise there is no justice.
So yes, it's about time elements of the public and members of the government push back and point out that retrieving the hostages is no 2 and victory over Hamas must be no.1

    1. They were protesting down the block from me at 10:30 on Friday night, horns and megaphones and all. These people are sick.

They have Bibi Derangement Syndrome. Their biggest nightmare is an eventual Israeli victory over both Hamas and Hezbollah that was done cautiously and with minimal loss to the Israeli soldiers for which he can take credit.
Just like last summer when they threatened to leave the country if they couldn't run it, now they're threatening to hand Hezbollah and Hamas victory.

    3. One of them openly said that he wouldn't want the hostages freed if it meant Bibi staying in power.

  2. Well, yes, because none of the decisions are made by the government, but through secret talks between Bibi, Blinken, and a bunch of literal Jew-murderers. We don't find out until they want to tell us, if at all.
