of all the condemnations of the riots happening right now in Bnei Braq in which soldiers were attacked and property destroyed, I chose the one above from Rav Yosef because a few months ago Rav Yosef said in his shiur a statement directed to yeshiva bochurim that they should not be afraid of Military Police coming to arrest them but instead should rise up against them.. (as far as I know the soldiers who were in Bnei Braq were not military police, but I might be wrong...)

Yozchak Yosef is a hypocrite and a liar - and definitely not a "Chacham". After all, he is the one who called for "rising up" against police who come to arrest draft dodgers - and if he could not see that riots like this would result, he was clearly not able to be "ro'eh especially hanolad".
