I dont see why this issue is an issue. this idea of not seeing women and not printing pictures of women comes from certain hassidic groups and has been adopted by extreme litvish haredim. since do when anglo haredim have such a hangup? would at least 80% of the neighborhoods anglo population refuse to pick up a time magazine or newsweek because it has a picture of a woman? what about the jewish press or other such papers? As long as the target audience is not israeli haredim, and by printing the magazine only in english he has shown that that is not his target audience, I dont see why he is so concerned the magazine would not be read.
