Clip of traffic incidents in Benjamin Region (video)
watching the video of various accidents or near-accidents, you can see that more often than not it is because the driver is not paying attention to the road. We can only guess what he or she is doing rather than keeping eyes on the road
These look like they were stationary traffic cameras, not someone filming while driving.
