new technology to fight corruption (video)
this video is a resident of RBS B complaining about service by the people at the Bet Shemesh Water Authority, Mei Shemesh.
The content of the complaint does not interest me. It is a dispute. They charged an outrageous amount, he complained, they responded, they argue some more, blah blah blah... I dont know if there is corruption or just plain old bad service or if the residents are at fault, and I dont really care.
What I find interesting is that residents in RBS B, Haredi residents, are using "new media", Facebook and YouTube, to complain and get action....
