Quote of the Day
I work hard all the time to build as large a bloc as possible before the next elections - this is the only option to replace Netanyahu. I speak with a lot of factions, movements, and other groups in order to form a broad democratic mosaic, and I will not go into details who exactly I am speaking to. Netanyahu is tired and he has nothing more to offer to the public..
-- MK Yitzchak Herzog, head of Opposition, after Netanyahu's comments regarding the terror attack in Tel Aviv
I happen to agree with Herzog. I am confident, as of now, that if Netanyahu continues to head the Likud, I will not vote Likud in the next elections, whenever they may be. I don't know who I will vote for, but I won't vote for a party led by Netanyahu. I would even consider voting for a party like Labor if I saw it as a realistic opportunity to get rid of Netanyahu.

I'm not surprised to read your thoughts about Bibi, I think that many of us feel the same. But out of all the parties available to vote for (and there are plenty) how could you even consider voting for labor? Where did that come from? What are you thinking?
ReplyDeleteI am saying that to the extreme. I am not saying I will vote Labor, but I might even vote Labor (the actual decision will obviously be made when elections are happening), though I dont think I would go more Left than that.
DeleteI say possibly Labor, because nobody else would really unseat Bibi. voting for habayit hayehudi or shas or lieberman will take away a vote form bibi and give it to the Right, but Bibi would, theoretically, remain prime minister. voting for the other PM option is the only real way to get rid of Bibi.
and no, even though I disagree with Labor and Herzog and they are not my cup of tea, I do not think Herzog would destroy the country if he were elected PM
