Minister Surprised: Yisrael Katz and the Transportation Ministry (video)
I think this show is great. Sort of like a watered down version of Undercover Boss that lets the minister see what people really think of him and his work.. unfortunately the clip only shows the beginning of his response. In that moment it shows him saying how much he did, instead of actually responding to their specific complaints. I would like to see the full response, and I hope he does not just look at the big picture but also tries to deal with actual problems of the people..

Interesting that the answers to the first question 'what is the first thing you think about transportation?' all the answers are negative. My first thought was positive.
ReplyDeleteI thought that as well. their complaints seem to be on a small level while ignoring the vast improvements on the macro level. They are ignoring the vast array of roads that were built, the bridges and tunnels. the trains and busses added. the rav kav system. light rail construction. and other things. and they complain about traffic in tel aviv because of the light rail or not enough buses in their specific area.
