these kannoim all want cheap housing in the big cities, especially Jerusalem and Bnei Braq, and are not willing to move further away to cheaper areas around the country. It is not good enough that a Haredi city was built and other haredi neighborhoods built in other cities - they are too far away so it is the fault of Gafni and Mozes that they are forced to live in machsan apartments in jerusalem instead of moving somewhere bigger and cheaper.
