The quote as I see it in the paper is "Therefore, after the Passover holiday, I intend to bring to the government a resolution calling for a new community on the Golan Heights named after President Donald J. Trump." So apparently a new town.

Yeah, it's nice. However, a low-hanging target for a Hizballah rocket attack if, לא עלינו, they target Kiryat Trump.
