Opposition looking into personal legislation against Netanyahu
There is talk about the Opposition parties looking into passing a law that would say, in some manner, that anyone indicted with crimes cannot be tasked with forming a government coalition and become Prime Minister.
If they decide to do that, and if they can get everyone not included in the right-wing bloc to sign on it and support it in Knesset, they could theoretically put a stop to Netanyahu forming a government.
As much as I think it is time for Netanyahu to resign from government and pass the reins to someone else, I am against personal laws being passed. Just like I don't like it when Netanyahu has tried to pass personal laws to save his own skin and protect himself and have spoken out against the passage of personal laws, I also don't like it when the Opposition (I am not using a specific name because I am not sure who is behind the initiative) might try to pass such a law just to target one person and hurt him.
I think Netanyahu should resign, or the Likud should be getting rid of Netanyahu, and the Knesset as a whole (or more likely an external body appointed for such a task) should sit and come up with comprehensive electoral reform, of which one of the points would be some sort of term limits. I do not think the right way to get rid of someone form the Knesset is to legislate against him or her. And any such personal legislation should not apply to anyone in the current situation at the time of passage of said law but should only apply in the future.
