isn't it your job, Simcha, to create and start this dialog? you expect Deblasio or Cuomo to raise the issue for you and think of it on his own? You have a creative way to open shuls safely, take your ideas to the mayor or governor and dialog about it. That's why you are in government.

I am not sure who the honorable Assemblyman expects to worry about the shuls. The Jewish comunity elected him to deal with their issues and protect their rights. It is good that he sees an opportunity to discuss opening the shuls in a safe way, but it is his job to start that dialog.
