Rav Eichler is always a joy to listen to. he has such a unique perspective on matters... He even talks about Bet Shemesh in this clip..and talks about how nobody wants haredim to live anywhere... (and he talks about the instance of the unknown fellow who spit at a girl, and the news report that created anti-semitism in order to jump to elections)

ReplyDeleteLike Charedim want non Charedim to live anywhere (where they live).
Give me a break.
The non Charedim (be them non religious or DL or masorti) have welcomed and even supported Charedi lifestyle in this country since its founding.
Whenever Charedim get even a little power in a mixed place they strive to take it over (ie Bet Shemesh, Bet HaKerem, etc)
I'm not anti-Charedi..I am pro jew..all jews who should be able to live anywhere in the country along side other Jews not like them.
