Orthodox boxer Yuri Foreman comes back with a win!
The Orthodox Jewish boxers, both rabbis in training, have gone through a rough patch following injuries and losses. They both took some time off, and now they have both begun their comebacks with wins. Dmitry Salita won his first fight back in October 2012, and has his eyes set on a title bout.
Yuri Foreman won his first fight back a few days ago, after a break of nearly 2 years.
Foreman faced Brandon Baue and cruised to an easy shutout victory, in what was a comeback fight. His promoter, Lou DiBella says Foreman is aiming to once again become a force in the junior welterweight division.
Good luck, Yuri!
