This woman Shoshi Shtub posted this picture to Twitter saying she received the picture on her family whatsapp group. In it is her great grandfather, her grandmother, and the little child walking with her is none other than he who would become Rav Chaim Kanievsky shlita. 

unfortunately she didn't mention who the man holding his hand is. Also, she didn't mention their names, so I don't know which great/grandparents this is...

and who doesnt love old pictures, especially of famous people....

UPDATE:

The people in the picture are not relatives of the young boy Chaim Kanievsky. They are the Halperin family who were close friends with the Kanievskys and other rabbinic families. The older man is Chaim Yaakov Halperin (the great grandfather of the woman who tweeted the picture). His daughter is next to him, Freida Shtub. His son, her brother, Nachum Halperin, is with the young Kanievsky.
