Oh, sure, the Talmud will be used as Israeli Law,...when it's convenient. When's it's not, it'll be interpreted away by Tzohar and other mamlakhti rabbis, if not just ignored. :-/

Ditto to Esser Agaroth comment. Also, would the 'supreme court' allow anything to pass that comes from the Talmud? Of course not. Promises in the political world mean absolutely nothing.
