A few thoughts / questions to these women or any of their supporters:
I believe that these women have the right to pray in any manner that they see fit. I am not an expert on Halacha and have no idea whether what they are doing is permissible or not, but if they have opinions that allow it, they have every right, maybe even an obligation, to follow those opinions.
It is for this reason that the authorities designated part of the Kotel for use of groups that prefer a method of prayer that does not conform to the accepted practice as defined by the Rabbi of the Kotel.
The vast majority of Egalitarian or non-Orthodox minyanim have been using the section of the kotel about 30 meters South of where these women were standing, a section specifically designated for their use where they can pray in a manner that they see fit with no interference. Why do these women prefer to daven in a part of the kotel which has rules in place that they do not agree with?
If they feel that the Southern part of the Kotel is too far away from the site of the Temple, why do they not use the Kotel HaKatan, which has no prayer restrictions.
If they think that this part of the Kotel is the only "real Kotel", and no other section of the Wall would be suitable, When did this part of the Kotel achieve that status? Before 1967 the entire women's section and most of the men's section was not accessible and there was no tradition of praying there.
The reality is that at any given time, about 50-80% of people at the wall are Charedi, who are (rightly or wrongly) offended by this type of prayer. If these women believe that people should be able to pray wherever they want without regard for the sensitivities of the majority of people around them, do they also believe that Jews have the right to pray on the Temple Mount, in the parts of Marat Hamachepela closed to Jews, or at Kever Yosef?
Could someone please contact the blond woman in the video (and some of the other women wearing Tfilin), and show them which part of the head the Shel Rosh belongs, Tfilin should be much higher than it was on her head; if she made a Bracha over the position it was in, that was probably a Bracha L'Vatala. (To dan B'Kaf Schut, it could be that she doesn't believe that women are allowed to wear tfilin, so she deliberately wears it in a non-Halachic manner so that she wouldn't be violating Halacha by wearing Tfilin)

the issue this time was not where they were praying, but regarding the torah. even though the egalitarian section was opened for them (though it was not clear they wanted it or were happy with it), they still would not be allowed to use a torah scroll there.
I thought that the Egalitarian Section of the Kotel allowed Private groups to bring their own Torah Scrolls. However, the compromise of a separate section of the Kotel for non-Traditional prayer where it will not disturb the majority of regulars at the Kotel was acceptable to the Reform and Conservative movements (the biggest providers of non-traditional prayer), but was rejected by WOW.
These kookoo women are not davening; it is all ;part of an agenda. Why doesn't everyone understand this by now? This is part of the deJudaization agenda. Most of these women (or all) are Reform (or maybe some not even halachacly Jewish) and are trying to impose their agenda on the masses. No where in the world would you find (in a civilized country) people going against basic rules and regulations of a religious site or of any public institution. They are intolerant of everyone who disagrees with their agenda. The Torah has no meaning to them and this is really their war against the Creator.
