Specifically, they will demand that Biden reverse Trump's decisions and:

 - move the United States Embassy back to Tel Aviv from Jerusalem

 - restart peace negotiations from where Obama left them in 2016

 - reopen the Palestinian diplomatic mission in Washington

 - renew American aid to UNRWA and the Palestinians

I would not like Biden to acquiesce to the demand of moving the embassy back to Tel Aviv, and would be disappointed if he does. Biden himself has said he has no plans to, but international pressure can work wonders.

On the rest of the issues I don't really care. Biden cant really tell anyone where or how to negotiate - it never worked before so even if he says to restart from 2016 it is unlikely to actually accomplish anything. We haven't gone into more of a stalemate on peace under Trump - the stalemate was already in existence and just continued. If it makes the Palestinians happy to say we are negotiating again from where we left in 2016 but then refuse to negotiate as always, I don't really care. Tomato Tomahto.

Reopening the Palestinian mission and funding the Palestinians would be fine with me, though I would hope the Americans would condition it on oversight of where the money goes with assurances that it is not used to fund terror.
