DeleteArmy exercises, by definition, have to have a lot of soldiers working together. That's what an army *is*.
ReplyDeleteTorah learning- imagine this!- can be done in small groups, one-on-one, or even on one's own. It can be done over the phone or internet.
Yankie, by the way, is a real piece of work who abuses his grandfather for monetary gain. I don't think we have to consider a single thing he has to say.
Rafi, Perhaps you can edit out the absolute lashon hora of the last paragraph.

Deletejust to mention, even if I wanted to I do not have the ability to edit comments. I do have the ability to delete them but I never do (except for spam). Not even when someone commented calling me Hitler. There might be some situations in which I would delete a comment, but I havent come up with any rules of when that might be.

As soon as we saw non-compliance in areas other than Torah study, it became clear that it's not just about Torah study. Had mass weddings, tishim been curtailed, had תפילה been done under restrictions, had the Yeshivot complied with capsules & masks (and not lip service where the staff & RY are free to infect the boys who are otherwise safely quarantine), there would be no need to shutter the Yeshivot. (Some Yeshivot did manage to remain virus free.) Telz-Stone, a community whose Charedi credentials are unimpeachable managed- why not the rest of the Charedi world?
Instead of double-talk, Yankie should explain how his zeide got infected.
