Quote of the Day
Me and my husband met several times with the parents of the spotters in our home. My husband [Aryeh Deri] was very empathetic to them, despite having a short fuse as you well know.
-- Yaffa Deri
besides for this she proudly took [some?] credit for the release of the spotters held hostage as she told the parents to keep shabbat to allow God to give them a miracle, along with some other comments on the matter...
honestly, this that she said above is just weird

There was a Doctor Who episode in which it was explained that the Cyberman had chips in their brain to prevent them from feeling emotions because if they did and came to terms with being murderous cyborgs, they'd commit suicide from despair.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many Chareidi do essentially the same thing - live in a fantasy world where everything revolves around them and all that is good comes from them, because the alternative would lead to a soul-shattering "What did I do with my life?!"
Deri knows what he did with his life: He did very, very well.
DeleteHis wife, of course, can ask what happened to her own mother. Look it up.
