Who did not expect this?
As Olmert is facing what looks like will finally be an indictment sometime in the next few days, suddenly he manages to have an amazing breakthrough in the peace talks and announces he is ready to make tangible changes in the West Bank...
I just want to know how many people have not expected this to happen since the police showed up at his door on Friday...

I saw somewhere yesterday that Olmert's close associates (meaning Olmert, but not in his own name) are claiming this was all arranged by Netanyahu to bring down Olmert
