Answered my own question. The group is actually "Yisrael Chofshit".

The less the haredim care about the feelings of others, the less that others will care about their feelings. It's that simple. Speaking for myself, I was quite welcoming of the haredim until (i) certain numbers of haredi-dressed people started spitting on little girls; and (ii) they did things like taking land away from the Hesder yeshiva. I cannot think of another Jewish municipality in Israel that would not bend over backwards to bring in a hesder yeshiva - can you ??? The massive arnona discounts did not help matters either - those discounts are meant for people who are stuck, not for those who voluntarily do not work and expect working citizens to pay for them. I think it is safe to say that "our patience has run out."
