It’s official, Hollywood actor David Arquette can now make a minyan

I don't think one needs to celebrate his bar mitzvah in any traditional manner in order to be able to make a minyan, so the headline is humorous and misleading, though I am sure they only meant humorously that he is finally bar mitzvah'ed and is now a man.
