Tel Aviv to Jerusalem Highway, Aerial כביש 1 ירושלים (video)
this is an amazing view and description of the construction of Highway 1 to jerusalem. Both from an engineering discussion and from a biblical discussion.
We always wondered what were those two tunnels to the right of the highway as you crested the hill up to Mevaseret. But they certainly don't look wide enough to handle 3 lanes each . .

ReplyDeleteVery cool. I had thought that all the pylons being laid were for the train. Avoiding that curve toward moza will be very good.
