Most of the recommendations by the police end with nothing. More than 60% of them are thrown into the garbage and don't turn into an indictment. Often they turn out to be false recommendations against thousands of upstanding citizens and public servants - but in the meantime they destroy the lives of people...during this time they are spilling blood and causing damage to people's good names....
