Pennsylvania Governor Josh SHapiro revealed in his new upcoming book that when being vetted as a possible candidate to run for Vice President alongside Kamala Harris in her presidential bid, the Harris team asked him if he is a double agent for Israel. This was in addition to many other questions about his relationship with Israel. 

Shapiro says in his book that when he asked about the offensive nature of the focus on Israel and specifically about being a double agent, the response was well, we have to ask...

If Josh Shapiro were theoretically a double agent of Israel, did Kamala Harris think he'd just answer yes when she asked him if he is? How could he have reassured her that he isn't? Other than his being Jewish, did they have any reason to believe he might be an agent of Israel? Did they find any indication in his behavior and decisions as governor that he might be an agent for Israel?

If you remember, at the time Shapiro denied any antisemitism in the decision to not select him as her running mate in favor of Tim Walz, who turned out to be a double agent for Somalia I guess. Good on Shapiro for burying it so his team wouldn't get hurt. His loyalty to her campaign is far more than she deserved

I have not yet heard any indication of what Israel plans to do and how Israel plans to respond.

I would be perfectly fine with Israel being business as usual and refusing to pull out and make it Europe's problem. Let the countries boycott, and let Eurovision lose its stature and even possibly shut down as a result. I am not sure who they are threatening. If they want Israel to offer acceptance of these solutions, what are they offering in exchange to Israel? Why should Israel accept this? Israel would be helping solve Eurovision's problems with no gain or benefit to Israel.

They always claimed to be apolitical while being very political in the judging, and now they are being 100% political with this consideration of pushing Israel out.

I never heard of this guy before. This interview was shocking. Morgan described it well when he said he is gobsmacked. It wasnt just shocking as to how antisemitic this guy is but when pressed for sources and facts he just says he doesnt really know. He forms strong opinions of hate all based on a single article he once read.

I debated back and forth over the past few days as t whether or not I should post it. I obviously decided to show to show his hatred and his stupidity.

I have no problem with his sense of morals. We can discuss whether Israel discriminates against Arabs or not. Arab Israeli citizens have full rights. Palestinians are not citizens of Israel so dont have the same rights, pretty much like in any country. 

If he feels that a country based on ethnicity is bad, I can potentially be ok with that. Discrimination is usually bad. 

But when you only call out Israel for ethnic discrimination and not any of the tens of other countries that do it, that's antisemitism, not morals. Do the Palestinians not discriminate based on ethnicity in their territories? Do the Iranians? Syrians? Iraqi? Sudanese? And many more countries can be added to the list. Where are they mentioned in this book?

And no, I am not going to read the book. The excerpts form the interview were more than enough to know there is no need.

Some Shia cleric from Iran, Mostafa Karami, was asked about how Israel got the information it had on Nasrallah's whereabouts to eb able to put on such an operation to take him out.

Karami said, "The information was leaked by invisible infidel demons (sheidim) who were employed and activated by Jewish Priests..the Jews were made aware of the demons being drafted tot he cause and the astrological issues back in the days of King Solomon. Considering the Zionists' history of subjugating genies, they carry out many of their missions through this means, and demons are their secret arm"...

Ok. Go argue with that. Is it so bad that they think we have these unnatural powers and the ability to control demons? I am not sure if this is greater or lesser than our ability to control the weather and space lasers...

She lost to the winner by a different of nearly 40 percentage points. Something like 67% to 29%. AIPAC didnt do that. Voter dissatisfaction with her performance did that. And there arent that many Jews in Missouri - according to Wikipedia there are something like 62000 Jews in Missouri (with 60k of them in St Louis). The Jews arent that influential and significant out there.

Maybe as a Congresswoman she should have done more for her constituents than supporting Hamas and the Palestinians...

good riddance to Nurali Emomali from Tajikistan, eliminated from the Olympics after being defeated by a Japanese competitor in Judo. After Emomali defeated his Israeli competitor, Baruch Shmailov, Emomali refused to shake his hand and instead said Allahu Akhbar. The Japanese guy didn't just defeat him, but also sent him on his way in  tears and pain injuring his shoulder in a fall. One never wishes an injury upon anybody, including a rival athlete, but I have no problem wishing injury upon a vile antisemite who also displays poor sportsmanship.

The Jewish population was steady at about 2500, as of 2016.

That comes to the Jews being about 0.05% of the Irish population.

Yet somehow the Jews are a threat to Ireland.

Are the Jews of Ireland really such a threat to the country despite their miniscule numbers?

Should the Irish of Cincinnati be more worried about Cincinnati being saved from the Jews - Cincinnati has a population of about 308000, with the Jewish population at about 32000. That's about 10%, far greater than the population of Jews in Ireland. And if we look at Ohio in total, the Jews are about 1.3% of Ohio with about 117000 of about 12 million... 

And with the Irish population of Cincinnati hanging in at about 11%, or about 13% of Ohio, perhaps we should save Ohio/Cincinnati form the Irish. They seem to be more of a threat (not sure of what) than the Jews are to Ireland...
