Lapid's vision for divorce
I don't get Yair Lapid's vision for peace.
Lapid laid out his plan and says we should forget about peace. Instead of looking for peace, which is not going to happen, we should work towards a separation. Come to an agreement on borders and separate. And we should do it by talking with all the Arab states together.

I have no problem with separation instead of peace. In the past Lapid and his people have called it a divorce from the Palestinians, rather than peace. It makes sense in concept, I just don't see how he is going to get there.
Why does Lapid think that it will be any easier to come to an agreement on borders for separation than it has been to come to an agreement on borders for peace, which he admits has proven to be impossible?
If saying we should forget about peace and move to separation, it seems to me that it would have to be unilateral. Otherwise, as I said, you are still negotiating over borders, just calling it something else. Call it peace, call it a separation, call it a duck for all I care, but negotiating borders has proven futile.

God gave us the lands we conquered (after all, God is "בעל המלחמות"), and we'd be ingrates to even think to return that Holy Land.
Good, he has revealed himself as just another left-wing party. And I wonder how the rabbis Peron, Lipman, and Lavi are expected to sit and accept this political vision.
