This announcer clearly spent years in Hebrew school. Who said it's useless?
When you think about it, it's sad that all he remembers from Hebrew school is his Hebrew school teacher saying, "Sheket B'Vakasha". And by golly, he was going to find some way to use it on the air, as unsuited as it was for the occasion.
haha! how long do you think he has been waiting for the right opportunity to get it in?
