Could we have some context please.What is the background to the Jewish community in this vliiage? Are they recent converst to Judaism or can they trace their roots back to an older jewish community?Who is the organization that is teaching them and provided them a Sefer Torah?
I have no idea. someone pointed me to the video and it looked interesting.I was going to add a humorous comment about Jews in Uganda, Herzl's dream and all that, then decided it was too nasty...
