According to reports, one of the candidates in the Likud primaries is pushing an initiative to start a crowd-funding campaign for the defense team for Benjamin Netanyahu.

Moshiko Pesel, the man behind the initiative, says that it is absurd that Netanyahu has to be busy with submitting forms requesting permission for funding for a legal defense, and he needs to be busy dealing with the defense situation of the country.

With Benjamin Netanyahu being a multi-millionaire, besides for a few die-hard close fans of his, and some wealthy donors he is close to, I find it hard to believe too many regular people will contribute to his legal defense fund.
