Daylight Savings Time is now officially until the end of October
It's official. The Knesset has voted in favor of the final readings of the new law regarding Daylight Savings Time, and the law has passed. It is going into effect immediately.
The official formula for the new DST arrangement is:
Every year, on the Friday before the final Sunday of March at 2 AM, until the final Sunday of October at 2 AM.
Schedule your affairs, simchas and whatever else accordingly...
good? bad? it no longer matters. it is what it is and now we have to just deal with it.

So we'll have to get used to first taking our kids to gan and then going to daven when the netz is at 6.57 ? Or is everyone going to bug out as the repetition ends. I've davened at a regular minyan where people bug out before Aleinu and then those with kaddish are screwed.
