She is telling Rav Elyashiv a story she heard about someone who had an aquarium with fish in it and he noticed that the fish were at the mizrach side of their tank the entire day of yom kippur until neilah. She asks her father what he thinks about the story and asks if the fish were being judged. She says it's a nes because normally they would die without moving all day. Rav Elyashiv looks at Rav Chaim and says something and Rav Chaim laughs. At the very end Rav Chaim says something to her which is apparently dismissive and she says in Hebrew,"mah pitom? Hem amdu kol hayom!"
