This one started so lame, but baruch Hashem, it picked up nicely. I think they have a problem in that IMO, this is not above their average. Sure, it's easy for me to be a critic, but at the end of the day, it would see that this will not be a tremendously viral video to my dismay. I think it is okay for 'regular' non-professional Jewish amateur clip, but 'we' are expecting more. (I'm making the distinction between that and demanding that 'we deserve' more) The Maccabeats were responsible for raising the bar high, and they have to get there each time. The same thing goes for the recent Six13 and aish videos. If the production is going to be cheap, then there has to be an element that compensates for that. And what works best is usually a fast tempo beat.
