A bit hard to tell, but it sounds like the Breslover tune.

Just about the coolest rendition I've heard was by Ladino, a Yerushalayim band in the 80s which included Yitzhak Attias. I think Yitzhak Attias later released it on an album of his own, though it sounded a bit different.
