While driving through RBS Bet I've noticed that there are no recycling bins - for papers, bottles, fabrics etc. I wonder why the residents there are 'exempt' from joining in the city's efforts to recycle, which are not only good for the land, but also save the iriyah considerable money in garbage disposal. Can anyone explain this to me?
